Sorry for not posting anything lately. Well, more than lately, for over a month. For the past month I have been out of the zone of things. July 5th I took a flight out of Orlando and went to Mobile to work on the American Phoenix in the BAE Shipyard in Mobile, AL. It has been a busy and very demanding past month. Lots to do and long days getting the Galley on this new tanker put together. And, we also feed close to 70 people working on board. We spend two trips out into the Gulf of Mexico doing sea trials getting this new vessel in working condition. Speaking of conditions, the galley was a real challenge. Not designed as well as I would have wanted it, but, with the help of two hand picked crew members, we did our best to get it equipped and feed all the crew and others working. More to be posted later. Getting things caught up. It will take a while.
